These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the Player and bt9999. By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, depositing funds, or placing a bet or wager, the Player unconditionally accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms in full, together with the bt9999 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering an Account, you confirm and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. bt9999 will conduct age verification as part of the KYC process. Any Account found to belong to an individual under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, any bets placed will be voided, and funds will be returned in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the bt9999 Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. bt9999 makes no representation that the Platform is available or appropriate for use in any particular jurisdiction. Players who access the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and may have their accounts closed without notice.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one bt9999 Account. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. bt9999 reserves the right to close all accounts operated by the same individual, void all associated bets, and forfeit all associated balances where multiple accounts are identified.
Players must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration and keep their account information current at all times. bt9999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in account suspension or closure.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their bt9999 login credentials. All activity conducted through your bt9999 Account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must contact bt9999 support immediately. bt9999 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of an Account where the Player has failed to maintain adequate security of their credentials.
Players may request closure of their bt9999 Account at any time by contacting bt9999 customer support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following KYC verification, subject to any applicable deductions for outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds. Accounts closed for responsible gaming reasons are subject to the self-exclusion provisions in Section 12.
bt9999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account without prior notice where bt9999 reasonably suspects that the Account has been involved in any of the following: provision of false registration information; breach of these Terms; fraudulent, collusive, or cheating behaviour; abuse of the bt9999 promotional system; money laundering or financing of prohibited activities; or any other conduct that bt9999 deems contrary to the integrity of the Platform.
bt9999 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Allied Bank transfer, SadaPay, USDT (TRC20), and cash deposit. bt9999 does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. The minimum deposit via JazzCash and EasyPaisa is PKR 500. The minimum deposit via bank transfer is PKR 1,000. The minimum USDT deposit is equivalent to USD 10 at the prevailing exchange rate. bt9999 reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds at any time.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. bt9999 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. bt9999 reserves the right to request identity documents, proof of address, and payment method ownership documentation before processing any withdrawal. bt9999 targets a processing time of one to five business days for withdrawal requests, subject to the verification process.
All bt9999 Account balances are held and displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion fees are applied to PKR deposits and withdrawals. For USDT transactions, conversion to PKR is applied at the prevailing market rate at the time of the transaction.
An Account that has not been logged into for a consecutive period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. bt9999 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive accounts as described in the Account notice sent to the Player's registered contact details. Players may reactivate their Account by logging in and completing any outstanding KYC requirements.
All promotions and bonuses offered by bt9999 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotional terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
Bonus Funds credited to a Player's bt9999 Account must be wagered a specified number of times before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier, qualifying games, and time limits are stated on each individual promotion page. Bets placed using Bonus Funds that do not meet the qualifying criteria will not count towards wagering requirements.
bt9999 reserves the right to withdraw Bonus Funds, void associated winnings, and close Accounts where it has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player has engaged in any of the following: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; exploiting software errors or technical glitches to generate bonus credits; colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements; placing hedging bets to minimise wagering risk on Bonus Funds; or any other conduct that bt9999 determines constitutes abuse of its promotional system.
bt9999 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or suspend any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any Bonus Funds already credited to Player Accounts under the applicable promotion will be honoured under the terms that applied at the time of the award, unless the promotion was activated through a system error or fraud.
Specific rules applying to each betting market and casino game on bt9999 are published within the relevant game or market interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing a bet or commencing a game. bt9999 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all digital table games and slots. All game outcomes are final once the bet has been confirmed and the round or event has concluded.
bt9999 reserves the right to void any bet where: the bet was accepted due to a technical error; the odds or payout were displayed incorrectly due to a system malfunction; the event or match was cancelled, postponed beyond applicable settlement rules, or abandoned; or the bet was placed in circumstances that bt9999 reasonably believes constitute fraud or collusion.
bt9999 reserves the right to apply maximum single-bet and daily payout limits per Player. These limits are communicated within the betting interface and may be adjusted at bt9999's discretion. Payment of any amount exceeding the applicable maximum payout limit will not be processed.
In the event of a system malfunction, software error, or incorrect display of game rules or odds, bt9999 reserves the right to declare all affected bets void and refund stakes to Players' Accounts. bt9999 does not accept liability for losses incurred as a result of reliance on erroneous information.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bt9999 Platform. Engaging in any of the prohibited activities listed below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

bt9999 collects and processes personal data from Players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at bt9999.one/privacy-policy. By registering an Account and accepting these Terms, Players consent to the collection, processing, and use of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the agreement between bt9999 and the Player.
bt9999 does not sell Player personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with third parties only where necessary to provide the Platform's services — for example, with payment processors for transaction handling, or with regulatory authorities where legally required.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms.
Where a Player does not accept a material amendment to these Terms, they must notify bt9999 support and cease use of the Platform. Any real-money balance at the time of account closure under this provision will be returned as set out in Section 4.4.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bt9999 holds its operating licence.
In the event of a dispute between a Player and bt9999, the Player should first contact bt9999 customer support to seek informal resolution. bt9999 commits to responding to all formal complaints within ten (10) business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to a mutually agreed independent dispute resolution body.
Nothing in this section prevents a Player from exercising any statutory rights they may hold under the laws of their own jurisdiction that cannot be excluded or waived by contract.
